Ajai Paul

Ajai Paul is an accomplished Cyber Security Leader with extensive experience across various organizations in the cybersecurity field. Currently serving as the Cyber Security Leader at Affirm since December 2021, Ajai previously held the position of Head of Security (CISO) at Amount, where a high-value cybersecurity program was established. Earlier roles include serving as Director of Infrastructure Security Engineering at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, a Cybersecurity Consultant at HARMAN International, and an ERS Manager at Deloitte focused on cyber risk services and cloud solutions. Ajai also has a strong background in security architecture from positions at Walgreens, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, and the American Medical Association, complemented by technical expertise from earlier roles in database administration and Unix system administration. Ajai holds a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Certificate from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ryerson University.
