Larry Butcher

Larry Butcher is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product design and user experience across multiple technology companies. As the Sr Director of Product Design at Affirm since September 2022, Larry has contributed to conversion and network growth. Prior roles include Chief Adventure Officer at Enjoying my Summer, Head of Brand & Marketplace User Experience at McAfee, and VP of User Experience at Dashlane. At Google, Larry managed a geo-diverse UX team across 20 product areas in Google Cloud Security and Privacy. Earlier in Larry's career, significant contributions were made at Amazon and Microsoft, where leadership roles included Senior Design Manager for both Microsoft Band and Xbox. Larry's educational background includes a BA in Television and Film from Baylor University, a certificate in Human Computer Interaction/User Experience Design from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and additional studies at The American Film Institute.
