Azat Karapetyan

Azat Karapetyan is a seasoned tools developer with extensive experience in software development and tools administration, currently employed at Affirmed Networks since May 2015. Prior to this role, Azat served as an independent contractor focusing on similar areas. From December 2009 to May 2015, Azat worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Penta Consulting Ltd. in the United Kingdom, providing hardware and software maintenance for Alcatel billing systems across networks in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. Previously, Azat was a Telecommunications Engineer at Insol Telecom, where responsibilities included supporting Alcatel and Ericsson equipment across multiple countries. Azat began a career in telecommunications at the Yerevan Telecommunication Research Institute, progressing through various roles, including Chief of the Department of Digital Processing and Programming. Azat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Microelectronics Engineering from the State Engineering University of Armenia.
