Anne Monte

Anne Monte has a diverse and extensive work experience in benefits management and administration. Anne is currently working as a Senior Benefits Manager at Affordable Care since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Benefits at Advance Auto Parts from October 2019 to August 2022. Before that, they worked at Grifols, starting as a Benefits Supervisor from September 2009 to December 2012, then progressing to Manager of Benefits from January 2013 to May 2018, and finally as an Associate Director of Benefits from May 2018 to October 2019. Anne also worked as a Senior Benefits Specialist at Talecris Biotherapeutics from April 2006 to September 2009, where they handled escalated benefit inquiries and collaborated with internal resources and service providers. At SpectraSite Communications, they served as a Human Resources Administrator from January 2001 to December 2004 and later as a Wellness Program Administrator from December 2004 to December 2005.

Anne Monte earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Anne attended this school from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from the College of Management at North Carolina State University. Anne studied at North Carolina State University from 1996 to 2000.
