Constance Konen Rdh

Constance Konen RDH, BS has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Constance began their career at Westown Dental Center as a Registered Dental Hygienist, where they provided comprehensive preventive care for patients and served as the OSHA and Infection Control Manager. Constance also held the role of Regional Clinical Advisor at DentalOne Partners.

In 2006, Konen joined the team of Edwin Schoenenberger DDS - Periodontist as a Dental Hygienist. Constance worked in this position for five years, enhancing their skills in periodontal therapy.

Konen then took on the role of Member Outreach Coordinator at Scion Dental, where they developed customized member outreach activities and created effective training materials and presentations to promote dental health.

In 2011, Konen became an Orofacial Myologist at AOMT, specializing in treating patients through re-training exercises to improve orofacial muscle function. Constance also worked as a Key Opinion Leader at Career Fusion, mentoring others and serving as a Master of Ceremonies at their Annual Meeting.

Konen furthered their career as a Director of Clinical Operations at Inovia Health, leading product development for online and offline dental business operations improvement. Constance also served as a Director of Field Operations at Affordable Care, overseeing the management of dental practices and driving success through a team of field managers.

In their most recent role at Solutionreach, Inc., Konen held positions such as Sales Representative and Midwest & Rocky Mountain Regional Sales Manager. Constance focused on promoting patient engagement through technology and motivated team members to achieve individual and team goals.

Throughout their career, Konen has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a passion for patient care, and expertise in various aspects of the dental industry. Constance is a professional clinical content writer and has provided continued education consultation services as the President of Lotus Dental Solutions.

Constance Konen RDH, BS began their education in 1991 at Milwaukee Area Technical College, where they pursued an Associates in Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene. After completing their degree in 1993, they furthered their education at Marquette University from 2002 to 2004. Here, they focused on Biomedical Science and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree.
