Mike Kiefer

Mike Kiefer is the current CFO at HawkeyePedershaab, Inc. Mike has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles in sales operations and planning. Mike previously worked at Caleres, Inc. from July 2005 to August 2017, where they were the Senior Director of International Sales Operations and Planning. In this role, they were responsible for leading the International Division's overall S&OP Processes, including managing the Sales Operations, Demand Planning team, and Retail Planning & Analysis team.

Mike has also managed the development and execution of seasonal selling calendars, ensuring critical touch-points and process steps with US Divisions, Product Development, procurement, Demand Planning, Sales, Sourcing, Shipping and Credit. Furthermore, they have provided day-to-day leadership and execution of International's Strategic Planning efforts that align with achieving overall financial objectives, including identification of key tactical points within Annual Operating Plan process.

Mike Kiefer has an MBA in Strategy from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School and a BSBA in Finance and Banking from University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business.
