Tankut Dogrul

Tankut Dogrul has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tankut is currently working at Afiniti as the Lead Data Scientist, where they manage a team and is responsible for the deployment process for Turk Telekom's telesales and inbound care queues. Prior to that, they worked at ING Türkiye as an ALM Risk AVP, where they supervised a junior team member and maintained and improved risk models. Tankut also held positions at Rasyonet, where they were a Senior Quantitative Analyst and played a key role in the development of a financial analysis tool called RiskGround, and Sabanci University, where they served as a Visiting Researcher. Tankut also worked as a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Tennessee, conducting research in mathematical finance and teaching various courses. Tankut's expertise includes data science, risk management, and quantitative analysis.

Tankut Dogrul attended Alman Lisesi from 1992 to 2000, where they obtained an Abitur degree. Tankut then pursued their undergraduate studies at Koç University from 2000 to 2004, majoring in Mathematics and Business Administration. Tankut Dogrul furthered their education at Carnegie Mellon University from 2004 to 2010, specializing in Financial Mathematics. In addition to their formal education, Tankut Dogrul has obtained certifications in Advanced Capital Markets Licences from the Capital Markets Board of Turkey.
