Darien Hamilton

Darien Hamilton, M.Ed., is an experienced instructional designer with a demonstrated history of creating effective e-learning solutions and training materials. Currently serving as an instructional designer at Aflac since April 2018, Darien collaborates with product owners to develop various media learning products tailored for the sales force. Prior experience includes a role at TSYS from August 2013 to October 2017, where Darien utilized ADDIE and SAM methodologies to develop product demonstrations for clients, as well as earlier work within TSYS's Managed Services Division focusing on training modules for call center personnel. Additionally, Darien has a background in coaching customer contact agents and managing workforce operations. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from Troy University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Fort Valley State University.
