Marie-Catherine Mars is an expert in marketing with extensive experience in academia and professional organizations. Currently serving at the AFM - Association Française du Marketing since September 2022, Marie-Catherine holds roles focused on societal transformations in education and innovation within pedagogical practices. At EDHEC Business School, where Marie-Catherine has been an Associate Professor since September 2002, responsibilities include co-directing the M2 Marketing Track for the Master of Science in Management of the Flavor & Fragrance Industry and coordinating marketing courses across various programs. Additionally, previous positions include lecturing at Ceram Business School and Université de Nice - Sophia Antipolis, alongside a strong educational background culminating in a Doctorate in Management Sciences from Université Côte d'Azur.
