Doug Jones

Doug Jones has extensive work experience in various companies. Doug started their career in 1984 at Deloitte Consulting, where they served as a Senior Manager until 1992. Doug then joined Convergys in 1992 and held the position of Senior Vice President until 2008. In 2012, they became the President of Afni Philippines at Afni, Inc.

Doug Jones earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a double major in Accounting and Finance from Ohio State University. Doug later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Production Ops and Information Technology from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management.
