Mary Ann Sebua

Mary Ann Sebua is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in managing and optimizing operational performance across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Operations at Afni, Inc. since November 2025, Mary Ann previously held the role of Senior Director of Operations at Foundever and Director of Operations at TTEC. With a strong background in operations management during a tenure that began at Afni, Inc. in 2014, Mary Ann has demonstrated expertise in performance management, development of organizational KPIs, and training management.
