Kristy Clement

Kristy Clement serves as the CEO of the Alaska Fisheries Development Foundation, focusing on sustainable solutions for Alaska's economy and communities. Additionally, Kristy is a member of the Board of Trustees for Uplift Northwest and serves on the Board of Directors for the NACD Northwest Chapter. As Chairperson and Board Secretary of Afognak Native Corporation, Kristy oversees strategic planning and governance. Previous roles include Managing Partner at Alaska Legacy Seafoods, CEO at Avante Medical Center, and Executive Director at Cook Inlet Native Head Start. Kristy's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Washington and degrees in Dental Hygiene and Organizational Management.
