Marlee Font

Marlee Font is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and various human resources roles. Currently serving as HRIS Manager and previously as HRIS Analyst at Afognak Native Corporation since July 2019, Marlee has also held positions such as Senior Business System Analyst at Sentara Healthcare and HRIS Analyst at Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. Additional experience includes roles at Ferguson Enterprises, American Addiction Treatment Center, and Eagle Enterprises, among others, where responsibilities encompassed compensation analysis, IT project management, and human resources consulting. Marlee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from Averett University.
