Amy Bowe

Amy Bowe has a diverse and extensive work experience in the energy industry. In 2022, they founded GHGBlaze and serves as the CEO. Prior to that, they were the VP of ESG at Africa Oil starting in 2021. From 2011 to 2021, Amy worked at Wood Mackenzie, where they held various roles including Head of Carbon Research and Director of Upstream Consulting. Before that, they worked at Hess Corporation as an Environmental Policy Advisor and Corporate Strategy Analyst from 2008 to 2011. Amy'searlier experience includes roles at PIRA Energy Group as a Senior Analyst and at PFC Energy as an Analyst. Amy started their career at Ziff Brothers Investments as an Energy Analyst.

Amy Bowe completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Communication, French and Political Science at the University of Arizona from 1996 to 2000. Amy then pursued a Master of Arts degree in International Relations and Economics at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) from 2000 to 2002.
