Lauranette Ford

Lauranette Ford is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in internal audit, database management, and project management. Currently serving as Director of Finance at Africa University since November 2020, Lauranette previously held roles at the National Museum of African American Music as Development and Operations Systems Manager and Database Manager, where responsibilities included ensuring data integrity and policy development. Lauranette Ford Services was operated as a freelance consultant from January 2012 to August 2018, providing services to various clients, including serving as an Internal Control Consultant and Project Manager for the Nashville Business Incubation Center. Other notable positions include Manager of Internal Audit and Senior Internal Auditor at GCFA, as well as various roles at Deloitte and the Tennessee Valley Authority.
