Gavin Peter has worked in various roles since 1993. Gavin began their career as the Director of Cultural Activities/Teacher of Latin, French and Maths at Prince Edward School in 1993. In 2003, they moved to Harare International School as the Director of Theatre Arts. In 2007, they became the Festival Director - Speech and Drama at the National Institute of Allied Arts. In 2008, they took on the role of Director of Student Life at African Leadership Academy. In 2010, they worked as a consultant for Envision Zimbabwe. Finally, in 2018, they joined African Leadership Group as Vice President, Community and Culture.
Gavin Peter attended the University of Zimbabwe from 1991 to 1993 and obtained a BA HONS in English French. Gavin then attended the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts, where they obtained an ALAM in Recital, Acting and Public Speaking.
