Tineyi Madungwe has worked in various roles since 2012. In 2012, they were a Trainee: Credit Analyst at FBC Holdings Limited. In 2013, they worked as an Accountant and Financial Analyst at MEDSURE HEALTH CARE. In 2017, they worked as a Data Analyst (Media Analytics) at The Herald, where they performed detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis, segmentation analysis, data mining and statistical and predictive analysis.
