Joseph West has extensive experience in project and service delivery management within the rail industry. Currently serving as Project Manager Rail at African Minerals Ltd since September 2010, Joseph has honed skills in overseeing rail projects. Prior to this role, Joseph worked at Network Rail from January 2003 to August 2010 as Service Delivery Manager On Track Machines, where strategic oversight of service delivery was paramount. Joseph's career also includes a tenure as Track Construction Manager at LTA/Harsco (USA) from April 2002 to November 2002, contributing to track construction projects.
