Moreen Nkonge

Moreen works in the Advocacy Unit under the National Sanitation Policy Advocacy project.

She oversees project communication and supports engagements with governments and stakeholders towards improved sanitation policy and practice in line with the Africa Sanitation Policy Guidelines.

In her immediate former role, she handled internal and external communications for the Center including brand management, content generation and social media under the Visibility Unit. Moreen has previously worked in development communication with non-profits such as the Center for Education and Development (Somalia), Mercy Corps and ActionAid International-Kenya.

She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Communication Studies at USIU-Africa and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media from Maseno University.
