Marina Tieni

Marina Tieni has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Marina started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Accent Jobs, managing the full cycle of recruitment. Marina then worked as a Senior Customer Service Advisor and Senior Technical Recruiter at Solidaris, where they handled high volume recruitment and provided exceptional customer service. Marina also gained experience as an International Health Insurance Sales Consultant at Expat Assure, offering outstanding customer service to wealthy clients. Marina later joined Fragomen as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on talent acquisition for EMEA. Marina's expertise in talent management and recruitment continued at Risk Ledger, where they served as a Tech Talent Partner & People Ops Manager, responsible for strategic talent acquisition and implementing the company's talent strategy. Marina also contributed to Middlesex University Students' Union as a Black Student Insight Group Member, focusing on equality, diversity, and inclusion in academia. Marina's most recent role is with ANKA, where they serve as the Head of People & Culture, overseeing the company's people and culture initiatives.
