Marion Borcherds

Marion Borcherds is an accomplished professional in the field of employee wellbeing and benefits management. Currently serving as the Head of Wellbeing and Benefits at AfroCentric Group since January 2023, Marion previously held the position of Group Employee Wellness and Transformation Manager at Transnet from September 2010, overseeing key initiatives in employment equity, employee assistance programs, and medical aid management. Marion possesses extensive educational qualifications, including a Doctor of Philosophy in Employee Assistance Program from the University of Pretoria, a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Cape Town, and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the University of the Western Cape.
