Shane Clarke

Shane Clarke is an experienced Solutions Architect at Afrocentric Technologies since July 1998, and currently serves as the Head of Private Equity for an individual since September 2023, focusing on private equity investing, acquisitions, and corporate finance. Shane has also held key roles at Trelleborg Group from 2010 to 2023, including Project Operations Supervisor, reporting directly to the global COO and overseeing supply chain processes in a complex global environment, as well as serving as Operations Expert. Education includes a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from Stockholm Secondary School and an MBA in Business Administration from Stockholm University. Areas of expertise encompass private equity investments, corporate finance, M&A, due diligence, and strategic planning across several industries including energy, healthcare, media, communications, and business services.
