Rubina Shaikh

Rubina Shaikh currently serves as Head of Employee Experience at Motive since September 2025. Prior to this role, Rubina held the position of Chief of Staff to the CIO at Asana from October 2023 to September 2025 and was the Senior Director of Organizational Change at NOBL Collective from November 2020 to January 2023, where Rubina focused on shaping and operationalizing strategies for organizational scaling. Rubina's background also includes serving as Design Thinking Teaching Lead at IDEO U and as a Principal Creative Strategist at Centered Inc., collaborating with CEOs and founders on complex challenges related to culture, product, and brand. Additionally, Rubina has experience in various strategic roles at UNION Advertising Canada, Mirum Agency, Y&R Brands, McCann Worldgroup Canada, and Blast Radius. Rubina holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Technology Management from Toronto Metropolitan University, earned between 2002 and 2006.
