Jennifer Edvardsson

Jennifer Edvardsson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at AFS Intercultural Programs since July 2022. Prior roles include significant positions at General Dynamics Information Technology, where Jennifer acted as a Training Specialist and Principal Training Specialist, and at World Vision as a Capacity Building Officer. Jennifer's expertise encompasses curriculum design, training facilitation, and leadership development, spanning work with various organizations including the U.S. Department of State and USAID. Jennifer holds an M.A. in Intercultural Studies from Biola University and a B.A. in Linguistics from Eastern Michigan University.
