Denissa Roddy

Denissa Roddy, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, program oversight, and organizational consulting. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Community Based Public Safety Collective since March 2023, Denissa leads initiatives in education and advocacy while collaborating with a Training and Technical Assistance Specialist. In addition to this role, Denissa is the Senior Program Manager at After-School All-Stars and the Co-Founder and CEO of Intuitive Consulting Group, where business management and consulting are key focuses. Denissa’s educational background includes an Accelerated Master's Certificate in Organizational Behavior from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an MBA from Tulane University. Previous roles also include program coordination and recruitment at CollegeTracks, as well as various positions in human resources and admissions coordination, demonstrating a strong foundation in both nonprofit and educational sectors.
