Donald Sull

Donald Sull is a prominent academic and entrepreneur with extensive experience in strategy and corporate culture. As Co-Founder of CultureX since October 2018, Sull leverages artificial intelligence to provide insights on improving corporate culture. Sull serves as a Professor of the Practice at MIT Sloan School of Management, teaching key courses related to competitive strategy and strategy execution, while also co-directing the X-Lab to facilitate randomized controlled trials in organizations.
