Liliana Bica

Liliana Bica has a significant amount of experience in the field of Human Resources. Liliana'smost recent position is as the Human Resources Director at AFV Beltrame Group since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Mentor for the Liliana is Mom platform, where they provided career advice to members from various fields. From 2021 to 2022, they served as the Global Human Resources Director at TEILOR, and from 2019 to 2021, they were the HR Manager at Nobel Automotive. Before that, from 2012 to 2019, they held the position of HR Manager at Adient. Additionally, they have experience as an HR Learning&Development Manager at Pirelli between 2009 and 2011, as well as an HR Manager at Consulting Group Romania from 2007 to 2009. Liliana started their career as an HR Coordinator at Holcim Romania in 2001.
