Lilian Klok

Lilian Klok is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in advising and consulting roles. Currently serving as Senior Adviseur HR at Afvalzorg since October 2018, Lilian has previously held positions as HR Advisor at Technobis Group and HR Adviseur at De Ruiter Network Company. Early career experiences include roles at Telemployment and a graduation internship at Kennemer Wonen focused on sustainable employability, as well as conducting research on Het Nieuwe Werken for the former Gemeente Heerhugowaard. Lilian holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and a propedeuse in Communication Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, complemented by foundational education at Trinitas College.
