Cphr Esther Joo

Esther Joo is a seasoned HR professional with diverse experience in various roles within the human resources and customer service sectors. Currently serving as People & Culture Manager at AG Hair since November 2016, Esther previously held the position of People & Culture Coordinator at the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Assistant at Brian Jessel BMW and a Concierge at Nordstrom. Esther also gained experience as a Victoria Programs Coordinator during a co-op at Horizon Coach Lines and worked as a Flight Attendant for Air Canada. Esther holds a Communications major from Simon Fraser University and a Human Resources Management Certificate from the same institution, with ongoing studies at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Esther is certified as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP).
