Lynne Griffiths serves as Co-CEO of UK for Good, driving initiatives to create a cleaner, greener, and fairer future through inspiring and enabling businesses to enhance their impact on communities and the environment. Additionally, Lynne is an Impact Consultant, assisting SMEs in their ESG journeys and B Corp certification processes. As the Founder and CEO of AG Comms, Lynne provides innovative engagement solutions, focusing on employee communication and leadership development across various sectors. Lynne also established the Alderley Park for Good Network to support local businesses in their ESG efforts. Previous roles include communication consultant positions at AstraZeneca and the Royal Bank of Scotland, where Lynne held multiple leadership positions in internal communications and employee recognition. Educational qualifications include participation in the Leadership for Good Programme at UK for Good and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Employee Relations.
