Cara Mottolo

Cara has lead the organization’s human resources efforts since joining AgaMatrix late in 2010 and oversees all personnel activities for the company’s more than four hundred employees located in the United States, Hong Kong, China and the United Kingdom. A key participant in the company’s acquisitions, Cara has guided the personnel integration in 2014 of the meter factory in Dongguan, China as well as the 2016 CGM entity in Wilsonville, Oregon. Cara also serves as the the main point of contact for the company’s shareholders and employees regarding equity administration.

During Cara’s seventeen years in the human resources profession, she has lead efforts in a variety of industries from the medical device company NMT Medical, Inc. to the sports and entertainment venue the Boston Garden (at the time the FleetCenter). Much earlier in her professional career, Cara spent time in broadcast journalism with on air positions at several local radio stations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
