Mandy Valdes

Director of Syndications at AgAmerica

Mandy Valdes joined the AgAmerica team in January 2022 as Director of Syndications. Mandy has extensive experience in commercial banking spanning over 15 years. In addition to her broad range of professional experience in banking and agricultural lending, she is also passionate about volunteering in the community and serving as a professional mentor for others.

Mandy earned her Bachelor of Science in business administration in real estate and marketing from the University of Denver. She also holds her Master of Business Administration with concentrations in finance and accounting from Regis University. In addition to her education, she has worked in a wide variety of commercial banking institutions including agricultural lending, commercial real estate, and asset-based lending. Mandy is also actively involved in Denver’s Hispanic community by engaging in volunteer opportunities. She is involved in the Latino Leadership Institute and the Latin American Education Foundation where she formerly served as President of the Young Professional’s Board.

As Director of Syndications, Mandy works to mitigate risk and grow AgAmerica’s portfolio to help us reach even more farmers and ranchers. By developing and sustaining relationships, she works to position AgAmerica to serve farmers and ranchers in the best way possible.
