Tim Hieber

Tim Hieber came to AGB in June 2021, he leads the company’s Finance, Accounting, Payroll and Treasury functions. He has over 25 years of experience in financial leadership roles in the distribution, consulting, SAAS and nonprofit industries. Hieber has significant experience in process improvement, system implementation and automation which has greatly improved efficiency and reduced operating costs.

In his previous role with Northern Illinois Food Bank, he served as Chief Financial Officer. Hieber was responsible for all finance and accounting activities as well as Information Technology.

Before joining Northern Illinois Food Bank in May 2018, Hieber served asDirector of Finance for Showing Time, where he managed all finance and accounting activities and was the lead in implementing a new accounting system.

He earned a degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and is a registered CPA with the state of Illinois. Outside work, he enjoys training for triathlons and spending time outdoors with his wife and two kids.
