Angelica Kanashiro

Angelica Kanashiro currently serves as Vice President, Global HRBP for Massey Ferguson & South America at AGCO Corporation since October 2023. Previously, Kanashiro held multiple leadership positions at Tupperware Brands from March 2013 to October 2023, including Vice President of HR Transformation, Commercial & Business Expansion, and Vice President of Talent & Engagement across various markets. Prior experience includes ownership of OligoFlora Studio do Bem-Estar e Estética Funcional from December 2011 to May 2015, HR Manager for Latin America at Tyco Flow Control from August 2006 to March 2012, and HR/OD&L Consultant at Dana Corporation from 2002 to 2006. Kanashiro began their career as a Customer Representative at Berlitz from 1998 to 2002. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's in Law from Faculdade de Direito de Sorocaba, a Post-Graduation in Human Resources from Universidade de Sorocaba, an ongoing MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and participation in the CHRO Program at The Wharton School.
