Danyelle Granger

Danyelle Granger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Global DEI and Talent Programs at AGCO Corporation since April 2023. Prior to this, Danyelle held several leadership positions at Old National Bank, including Senior Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer, where responsibilities included executing corporate-wide diversity and inclusion strategies and overseeing various talent development initiatives. Danyelle also served as the Director of Global Diversity & Inclusion at Berry Global, Inc., and has a background in managing nonprofit initiatives as the Foundation Program Officer at Old National Bank. Danyelle's earlier role as Homeownership Coordinator at the Community Action Program of Evansville showcased a commitment to community development through housing counseling. Danyelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Ball State University and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern Indiana.
