Charlie Allen

Charlie Allen has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Charlie started their career working as a Sales Assistant at Next Retail Ltd from April 2012 to January 2014. Following that, they worked as a Temporary Worker at K2 Recruitment Ltd for eight months. Charlie then served as a Bar Supervisor at The Deltic Group from August 2014 to May 2015. After that, they worked as a Bartender at Creative Hospitality Group for a year. From June 2016 to September 2017, Charlie worked as a Recruitment Consultant at REED, specifically focusing on servicing high technology industries. Charlie then joined Admiral Group Plc in October 2017 as a Rating Programmer, and over time, progressed to become a Senior Rating Programmer. In their role, Charlie was responsible for maintaining the rating engine for the company's Personal Lines products and collaborated with other departments on larger IT projects. Charlie left Admiral Group Plc in August 2022 to join Direct Line Group as a Pricing Deployment Specialist. In this role, Charlie gained a thorough understanding of WTW Radar and worked on improving deployment processes. Currently, Charlie is working at Ageas UK as a Lead Pricing Implementation Analyst, starting in June 2023.

Charlie Allen attended Royal Latin Grammar School from 2006 to 2013, where they completed their high school education. Charlie then went on to study Automotive Engineering at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, earning a Bachelor's Degree in 2016.
