Jocelyn Bell is an experienced human resources professional specializing in compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs. Currently serving as the Manager of Compensation and Benefits at AgeCare since February 2023, Jocelyn leads initiatives that support over 12,000 employees across multiple provinces as the organization experiences growth.
