Jocelyn Bell

Jocelyn Bell is an experienced human resources professional specializing in compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs. Currently serving as the Manager of Compensation and Benefits at AgeCare since February 2023, Jocelyn leads initiatives that support over 12,000 employees across multiple provinces as the organization experiences growth. Prior roles include Total Rewards Senior Consultant at the Calgary Board of Education, where guidance was provided for over 14,000 employees, along with positions as Total Rewards Analyst, Recruitment Specialist, and HR Specialist. In addition to extensive HR expertise, Jocelyn has taught online courses as a Contract Instructor at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, enhancing the development of future professionals. Educational credentials include a B.A. (Honours) in Psychology and a Certificate in Human Resources Management, both from the University of Calgary.
