Carol Shelton

Carol Shelton currently serves as the HR Director at Lovelace Women's Hospital, a position held since January 1991, where Carol leads all HR strategic initiatives and operational functions. Prior experience includes serving as the Personnel Director at The Denver Athletic Club from 1986 to 1988, overseeing day-to-day HR operations, and working as an HR Supervisor at Samsonite from 1980 to 1986, focusing on strategic planning and operations for corporate and industrial relations divisions in both union and non-union environments. Carol Shelton holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from UNM-Anderson Business School.
