Lauren Coventon

Lauren Coventon is a Senior Quality Assessor at the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at the Centre for Human Factors and Sociotechnical Systems and the University of the Sunshine Coast from 2018 to 2021, where Lauren completed an honours thesis focused on Systems Thinking methods. Previous positions include Compliance Officer at the Australian College of Training and Employment and various management roles at Pertrain Pty Limited and Performance Training Pty Limited. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Business in Psychology and Human Resource Management from the University of the Sunshine Coast, completed in 2014.
