Laurine Coquerelle is currently working as a Start-up Manager at Eurasanté, overseeing the Euralimentaire project. With a background in innovation in the agri-food sector, Laurine previously worked as an Innovation Adviser at CERTIA Interface where Laurine supported regional agri-food companies in project development and creative workshops. Laurine also has experience in agricultural administration from their time at the Direction Départementale de l'Agriculture et de la Forêt. Laurine holds degrees in project development, environmental biology, and general biology from various institutions in Lille.

Eurasanté is a regional economic development agency specialized in the the health sector. It supports the different actors dedicated to health related activities with their research, creation and development projects. The Biology, Nutrition and Health Sector of the Nord-Pas-De-Calais represents 800 companies, and 22 000 employees.
