Keegan Rankin

Field Service Engineer Supervisor, Americas at Agena Bioscience

Keegan Rankin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Beginning in 2012, they worked as a Visiting Scientist at the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for a brief period. In 2014, Rankin transitioned to a role as a Chemistry Instructor at Sheridan College. Keegan then joined Xerox in 2015 as an Analytical Chemist and remained with the company until 2017. During this time, in 2017, they also worked as an Inside Account Manager at Advanced Chemistry Development, Inc., (ACD/Labs). Following their time at ACD/Labs, Rankin became a Field Service Representative at Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2018, where they worked until 2020. Most recently, they joined Agena Bioscience in 2020, where they held roles as a Customer Support Specialist, Field Service Engineer Lead, and currently serves as the Field Service Engineer Supervisor, Americas. Rankin's extensive experience in customer support, technical and analytical roles demonstrates their expertise in the field of bioscience and chemistry.

Keegan Rankin completed a Bachelor of Science Honours (B.Sc.) degree in Chemistry at the University of Guelph from 2002 to 2007. Following this, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Chemistry at the same university. After completing their master's, Keegan Rankin furthered their education at the University of Toronto, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Environmental Chemistry from 2009 to 2015.
