Raphaël LE HEGARAT

Raphaël LE HEGARAT has a strong background in the telecommunications industry, with diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Raphaël began their career as a Consultant Engineer at ALTEN, where they worked as a software developer for Alcatel and Thales. Raphaël then moved on to SFR (Vodafone group) as a Radio Engineer, serving as the prime contact for ALCATEL's BSS products in GSM. After that, Raphaël joined Ericsson as a Solution Manager, responsible for pre-sale activities related to radio access products and supervision products. Subsequently, they joined Bouygues Telecom as a Spectrum Manager, where they played a pivotal role in identifying opportunities and risks in spectrum management, and also represented the company in European and national forums. Raphaël's expertise in the field extended to studying 3GPP Radio Access Network evolutions and advocating technical solutions within the market. Their tenure at Bouygues Telecom included responsibilities such as answering public consultations and engaging in lobbying efforts. Currently, Raphaël is working at Agence nationale des fréquences (ANFR) as the Head of Conventions & Events Department, while previously serving as the Head of Cross-Border Negotiation Department.

From 1992 to 1993, Raphaël LE HEGARAT attended Pierre and Marie Curie University and completed a Master's degree in Electronic and Automatic specializing in Electronic Systems and Microwaves.
