Andrea Timashenka

Andrea Timashenka is the current Director of the Patient Safety Organization Division at the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. Prior to this role, Andrea served as a Senior Attorney at the US Department of Health and Human Services, where Andrea provided counsel to various agencies in the Public Health Service. Before that, Andrea worked as an Attorney at Bergmann and Moore, LLC, advocating for veterans and their families in disability claims. Andrea also has experience as a Summer Associate at Shire Pharmaceuticals and as a Legal Intern at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Andrea holds a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from The Pennsylvania State University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
