Sara Hughes

Sara Hughes has a diverse professional background with significant experience in client support, quality assurance, and music direction. Currently, Sara serves as an Onboarding Specialist and Client Success Specialist at AgencyBloc since December 2017, ensuring client satisfaction. At GBS, Inc. since March 2015, Sara holds dual roles as Quality Assurance Manager and Scrum Master, overseeing software development and testing processes. Additionally, since April 2006, Sara has directed the Youth Choir at Mountain View United Methodist Church, leading musical activities and organizing events. Sara's previous experience includes owning Trattoria on Pearl from May 2005 to May 2014, managing operations and marketing, and working as a Direct Marketing Consultant at Marketing Synergy, Inc. from September 1992 to 2004. Academically, Sara earned a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and holds two Bachelor's degrees in Sociology from Pomona College.
