Keith Marion has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Keith is currently serving as the Director of Community Engagement Programs at Point32Health since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Representation & Workforce Development at Point32Health from January 2021 to December 2022. Before joining Point32Health, Keith worked at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, where they held positions such as Head Of Corporate Diversity Equity & Inclusion from October 2020 to November 2021, Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from August 2020 to October 2020, and Manager of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Business Strategy from January 2019 to August 2020. Keith also served as the Inclusion Programs Manager from May 2012 to January 2020 at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. Prior to their tenure at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Keith worked at Scudder Investments, where they held positions including Assistant Vice President Of E-Business Development from August 1998 to November 2002 and Project Manager from February 1996 to August 1998. Throughout their career, Keith has demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing inclusive strategies, working cross-functionally with business leaders, and representing organizations as an external-facing brand ambassador.

Keith Marion's education history begins in 1989 when they attended Lincoln University. Keith studied Business Administration and Finance and successfully completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in 1993. After a significant gap in their educational pursuits, Keith returned to school in 2020 and briefly attended Bentley University. During their time at Bentley University, they focused on the field of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, earning a certificate as a Champion. In 2021, Keith enrolled in Cambridge College to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Their studies at Cambridge College concentrated on Business Administration and Management, with a general focus. Keith completed their MBA at Cambridge College in 2022.
