Joanie Bond has over 25 years of professional experience in the business and technology industry. Joanie began their career in 1995 at Principal Bank as a Business Analyst and Business Systems Analyst. In 2004, they moved to Kinetic Solutions-DSR as a Business Development Manager. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at ITA Group, Inc. as a Senior Business Analyst. In 2011, they joined Computer Aid, Inc. as a Senior Business Executive. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Vermeer Corporation as an Engineering Product Owner and Senior Business Analyst/Scrum Master/Project Manager. In 2021, they moved to Wells Fargo as a Signature Consulting - Wells Fargo, working on a confidential project pertaining to business policy change management. Joanie is currently employed at AgencyKPI, Inc. as a Technical Product Manager.

Joanie Bond has a comprehensive educational history. Joanie obtained their high school diploma from Panora-Linden in 1990-1991, followed by a BA in General Ed from Northwest Missouri State University in 1991-1994. Joanie then earned an MIS in Information Technology from Iowa State University in 1994-2020. In 2019, they obtained a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from the Collaborative Leadership Team. In 2020, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Des Moines Area Community College and began pursuing an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Northwest Missouri State University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
