Sylvie BROUA has over two decades of experience in human resources across various sectors, including spatial, defense, construction, real estate, and hospitality. Currently serving as DRH at Agenium since September 2021, Sylvie previously held the position of Responsable des Ressources Humaines at Magellium for a decade. Sylvie's expertise encompasses contract management, recruitment, payroll preparation, and the development of training programs, along with a strong focus on employee relations and compliance with social legislation. Sylvie holds a DESS in Gestion des ressources humaines from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole and has continued professional development in social and labor law through Fidal formation.
