Olga Ignatovich

Olga Ignatovich has a diverse work experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Olga is currently serving as the Senior Director, Antibody Discovery, and Site Head at Agenus since 2016. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Antibody Discovery at the same company.

Before joining Agenus, Olga worked as a Scientific Consultant for various biotechnology companies from 2015 to 2016. Olga also held positions at GlaxoSmithKline, where they served as the Manager of the Lead Discovery Group and as an Investigator. Their role at GlaxoSmithKline involved managing a team, developing new technologies, and progressing molecules for clinical investigations.

Olga's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Scientist at DOMANTIS from 2002 to 2007 and as a Senior Research Fellow and Research Fellow at the Medical Research Council from 1997 to 2002.

Olga Ignatovich holds an impressive education history. Olga started their academic journey by obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Microbiology from Belarussian State University from 1989 to 1992. Building on this foundation, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Molecular Biology from The University of Edinburgh, where they studied from 1992 to 1994. Olga further expanded their knowledge and expertise by pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Antibody Engineering from the University of Cambridge, completing this program from 1994 to 1997.

In addition to their extensive educational background, Olga Ignatovich has obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in October 2020, further enhancing their professional skill set.
