Tat Sang

Tat Sang has extensive work experience in facilities and engineering management roles. Tat began their career at PMT Services as a Validation Engineer, where they executed Installation Qualification (IQ) for various pharmaceutical equipment. Tat then worked at Crumbs Engineering as a Validation Engineer, where they created cleaning validation protocols and executed IQ/OQ protocols for various process equipment. Tat Sang then joined Dey L.P. as a Project Engineer II, where they executed a pilot plant project and generated commissioning plans for utilities systems and production equipment. Tat later worked at Bayer as a Senior Plant Engineer, Principal Reliability Engineer, and Principal API Process Engineer, where they provided engineering oversight and support, implemented strategies to improve reliability, and managed projects to improve steam delivery and operation of cooling towers. Tat Sang then joined Zosano Pharma as a Senior Manager of Equipment Engineering and Facilities, where they led technical and facilities teams and implemented new business processes. Tat is currently working at Agenus as an Associate Director of Facilities and Engineering, where they oversee facilities and engineering operations.

Tat Sang obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from the same institution, between 2000 and 2002.
