Juan Baurin

Juan Baurin has a strong and diverse work experience in engineering and leadership roles. Juan is currently the VP of Engineering at Agero, Inc., where they have been since 2020. Prior to this, they were the Head of Engineering at Chewse from 2018 to 2020.

Before that, Juan held the position of VP of Engineering at We Heart It from 2015 to 2018, where they managed multiple teams and oversaw various aspects of the technology stack. Juan also served as the Director of Mobile Engineering at We Heart It from 2014 to 2015.

Juan has also worked at Disney Interactive as a Sr. Manager from 2013 to 2014, at Gaia Interactive as a Product Manager from 2012 to 2013, and at Globant as the Director of Mobile Studio from 2009 to 2012. In these roles, they managed cross-functional teams and played a crucial role in the development of top-ranking apps.

Before joining Globant, Juan worked as an independent contractor, where they led the development of various web and mobile software projects.
